Best Personnel Search's founder, Barbara Best, started out in recruiting after being hired and trained by Yvonne Baert, Owner of Personnel Management Group, as a recruiter in the IT field. Yvonne hired Barbara just as she graduated from a computer networking course, feeling her technical skills, as well as her past job experience, would make her the right person for IT recruiting.
